Dinner on 8/14, It was only myself who got sick, but I was the only 1 who ate the meal I ordered. Symptoms were about 4 hours after eating- stomach pains, diarrhea, body aches, fatigue  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 疲劳, 胃痛, 身体疼痛

I ate beef tacos at approximate 7 last night. Had no other food or alcohol all evening and all I had eaten prior was eggs and toast I’d made myself in the morning. Felt absolutely fine before eating, and not well after. Within an our after eating… 更多

5 月 30 日下午 4 点，我吃了 1/2 个火鸡汉堡、洋葱圈和百事可乐。之后我立刻得了腹泻，然后头痛。我花了周五呕吐的时间，但错过了会议上的主题演讲、会议和社交活动。那是可怕的一天。我甚至不能把水压下来。我和另外两个人一起吃晚饭，其中一个人也有胃部问题（她有一个汉堡包），但我没有呕吐。

Tuesday 9/25/2018 from eating room service. My companion and I ordered burgers and after eating half realized they were not fully cooked and raw in the middle. We both got food poisoning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

My wife and I both had his signature dish Porkloin wrapped in a pork shoulder.
We were up most of the night vomiting and had bad cases of diarrhea.
How can we find out if anyone else was sicken on 09/09/2018.
