4 piece mild fried chicken, started to get a fever at my friends house so i decided to gead home, on the way home i got very naucious and threw up in my car, when i got home i shit my brains out for about an hour. FUCK YOU POPEYES  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a salad (lettuce, tomatoes, onions, & crutons) with fresh made chicken salad & white balsamic dressing on top. Was sick with fever, aches, pains, & diarrhea 48 hrs later. Sick for 7 plus days...Bloodwork / stool Cultures / the works...not good at all...  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧

I went to chipotle. Ordered a bowl with brown rice , pinto beans , double steak , sour cream and cheese. This was about 3 o'clock. Later on the day my stomach hurt and woke up about 1 am in the morning . I had direah and I vomited after.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
