点了一碗牛肉烧烤、生菜、莎莎酱、鳄梨酱、白米饭。不到12小时后我出现了呕吐、每15-30分钟一次的水样腹泻、痉挛和寒战  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 寒战

2 天前我在这家餐厅只有一个卷饼和墨西哥卷饼碗，那天晚上我上床睡觉时，我半夜醒来时会抽筋、腹泻，但大部分时间都不停地呕吐。现在还能感受到效果。再也不会在那里吃东西了  | 症状: 恶心, 腹泻, 呕吐, 抽筋

I ordered a chicken bowl and ate about half of it. Ordered my boyfriend a steak burrito and he was fine. Around 3 am I started throwing up and did not start to feel better until about 3pm. Had to miss a day of work because of it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
