I ordered takeout food, a kale salad and became violently ill. So ill, I’ve been hospitalized. I was inadvertently speaking for a friend today and they also became very sick with food poisoning as well.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛, 寒战

I ate a chicken sandwich and French fries with an iced sweet tea. After 30 minutes of eating I had diarrhea and it’s been going on for hours, I keep having to run to the bathroom.
