Went to Taco Bell yesterday and suffered painful cramps for two hours before vomiting intensely for a couple of minutes. I ate their chicken quesadilla, beef burrito, and bean burrito.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 抽筋

I got sick from eating tacobell. I had a beef griller. the stuffed burrito and crunchy taco supreme. I woke up this morning with a bad stomach ache,Nausea, and fever. I have not been able to eat anything at all today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧
