我经常吃这种谷物，如果我下班回家很晚，主要是在晚上。我在晚上 9 点左右吃了它，凌晨 2 点猛烈起床，无论是呕吐还是腹泻。即使我空着的时候，我也起床了 3 次。我的身体正在努力清除这种毒药。第二天我虚弱又精疲力尽。我几乎不能吃任何东西。第二天晚上晚些时候我吃了一些意大利冰。我的身体被毁了，疼痛了。
