我和我的家人两个星期天前去了 Chipotle，我们吃了生菜、香肠、西红柿、奶酪和玉米沙拉。我们回家了，我的儿子（8 岁）告诉我他得了胃痛。我的男朋友感觉很奇怪，他说他有点头晕有恶心，奇怪的头痛。

我的女儿们开车经过蒂姆·霍顿斯（Tim Hortons），都订购了摩卡冰帽。第一只燕子被烧死了，送给一个女儿，炎热的感觉持续了大约一分钟。另一个女儿起初没有感觉灼热，但两个女儿的喉咙都很刺激。他们说这种饮料有柑橘味，味道像变质的牛奶味道。他们都有胃痉挛和剧烈的腹痛，腹泻。他们每个人只有一点点时间才意识到饮料有严重问题。他们没有收到实际的收据，而是一份带有商店地址和时间戳的服务调查。

On 12/10/18 at 7pm i purchased a half size chicken harvest salad, 4piece nugget & large fries. I went hone and had the salad & nuggets later around 10pm for dinner.
