we were 5 people but only two of us got sick after 6 or 7 hours we left the restaurant we can't be 100% sure what was that make us sick we assume it was the Grilled Shrimp Skewers which only the two of us ate later that night ,it's been 3 days and we are still sick  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I went to McDonald’s around 6:30 pm. I got a Cheeseburger and Medium fry. I woke up at 2:00 with extreme abdominal pain, threw up 7 times, have had diarrhea all day long. I called McDonald’s to address them with the incident incurred and they hung up on me.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

进食胃痉挛，头晕，恶心，虚弱后 2-3 小时。然后是低级发烧。在 Shake-hmmm 中发现一根头发还有一半的摇晃在我的冰箱里。

2 月 17 日星期日我第一次去 SmashBurger。我订购了炸薯条和带草莓奶昔的 Barbacue 汉堡。这是很好的食物，但是薯条看起来很不稳定，里面有很多酸橙和奇怪的调味料，但我想就是这样。我在 1 点左右在那里吃了...
5 点钟，我开始出现胃痉挛不好并感觉恶心，到凌晨 5 点我因水样腹泻而开枪；然后到处呕吐。这种情况一直持续到那天晚些时候，也就是现在。不再呕吐了，但肯定很累而且感觉不舒服。现在晚上 9 点。
