2020 年 2 月 22 日我吃了 Doritos 炸玉米饼和薯条，然后冷藏了我的 chalupa。那天晚上喝了百事可乐。2020 年 2 月 23 日我用微波炉将 chalupa 加热了 2 分钟，然后加热得很好-它烧伤了我的手指，所以不冷。吃了 chalupa 大约一个小时后有点抽筋。到了晚上，剧烈的抽筋开始了。晚上 11 点我离开家去买姜汁汽水，但没有帮助。2 月 24 日，我出现了寒战，伴随着早上 7 点左右的腹泻。截至2月26日下午2点，它仍在继续。

Restaurant  I got a chicken breast and Mac and cheese for lunch at about 1 pm on 2/24/20. The symptoms started at about 8 pm. Severe nausea. Liquid uncontrollable diarrhea. Vomiting.   | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Got a super greens salad bowl with chicken, grilled veggies, corn, hot salsa and guacamole. Threw up every 2 hours starting about 6 hours after I ate. 3 days later and I still feel sick and nauseous.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I think Chicken Ate at noon. First food of the day. About 3 or so hours later, on toilet for next 8 hours off and on. Threw up twice, chills, headache and slight fever. Still nauseous this morning. My friend who had same Entree is also sick. Going to Urgent Care when open.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

salad bar there To my knowledge I’m the only one who got sick. 3 of the 4 of us had the salad bar. Symptoms came on immediately after 7 hours. Diarrhea, vomiting, chills, then a fever of 100.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 寒战

I cooked the Trader Joes orange chicken Wednesday. Kept it refrigerated until Friday (Today). It has been almost 8 hours since eating the reheated chicken for lunch. I am now having severe nausea, headache, vomiting and loss of apetite. I havent eaten since it was consumed.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 头痛, 食欲不振
