教堂结束后于 18 年 8 月 12 日去吃了全食物，买了一片披萨，混合水果然后吃了。食用大约 4 至 5 个小时后生病了腹泻，恶心，头痛等，这种情况停留了大约 4 天。没去看医生，但是我有过的经历真是太糟糕了。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 头痛

I ordered a grilled chicken salad with ranch and ate it for dinner. I woke up from my sleep with terrible reflux of tasting the salad and ranch. I threw up multiple times during night. Then started having diarrhea and salad and tomatoes were coming out. Feel awful!  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 胃酸倒流
