I had eaten McDonalds at about 8:30pm this evening. It is now 11:53pm. I am in my bathroom very sick. I have to keep an eye on my 3 year old son because he had eaten the same as I. A cheeseburger and small fry.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

After my sisters softball game we went to White Castle, around 5:45 ish. My family purchased about 20 sliders and I had about two or three. At about 8 my stomach was stabbing me and I started to vomit. Those sliders were the last "meal" I had before vomiting.  | 症状: 呕吐

I got my Wendy's around 5 pm on September 15 2016 and I was eating the nuggets and noticed it didn't take good so I just threw them away. Later that night I woke up with so much pain and I can't stop going to the bathroom and I can't sleep.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
