晚餐时我吃了鸡肉生菜卷，大约一个小时后肚子疼了，到 10:00 我猛烈呕吐了整整 2 个小时。我一定已经呕吐了 13 次然后开始腹泻了。这是我唯一从肚子里出来的东西，因为这是我吃过的，所以肯定是生菜包里的。

Lemonade 我们也有他们的三明治，但我丈夫和儿子没有生病。它发生在 2022 年 8 月 22 日我从这里得了食物中毒我喝了一杯柠檬水味道好像已经老了但我喝了点因为第二天早上我口渴了我感觉真的很恶心而且我确实呕吐了而且我得了腹泻我每周睡了 5 天没发烧严重抽筋我是唯一的一个一个生病了
