Hospitalized for 11 days , diagnosis campylobacter. Released to rehab facility and after 5 days diarrhea started again. Taken to er on March 5th, had emergency duty at 2 PM on 4/5/19. Died on 4/6/19 at 7:50 am. All from problems caused by poisoning Thi, O e person, He got sick a couple days after  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 腹泻

I got a homestyle chicken caesar salad last night and less than 8 hours later I had severe watery diarrhea. The salad was the only food I had consumed yesterday and I didn't eat much of the salad due to it not tasting right. I'm still suffering now...12 hours later!!!  | 症状: 腹泻

Twice in 2 weeks. Family of 4 symptoms started within hours after consumption and lasted up to 3-4 days. Family meals consisted of meatloaf with green bean mashed potato sides and family chicken meal with same sides.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

一天中只有一顿饭。我和妻子在下午 4 点 30 分左右（星期六）下午 3 点 30 分购买了超长的奶酪汉堡和洋葱圈。晚上 8 点开始小睡一会开始感到不适。晚上 9 点之前恶心已满，所以我们尝试了一些 Pepo。晚上 11 点之前会发冷和抽筋。妻子的射弹在午夜左右呕吐，我能够坚持到凌晨 2 点，但这太残酷了。整个第二天（星期日）会有更多呕吐和腹泻。今天（星期一）头痛、疲劳、关节僵硬、气味敏感和腹泻。已向市卫生部门报告以进行跟进。
