我在那一天中间吃了。我决定去一次没有任何影响的骑行。骑行大约一个小时后，吃了大约 3 个小时后，我的胃开始抽筋。我决定在附近的长椅上躺一个小时因为我感到恶心。几小时后，我全程扔到我的车上，2 个小时的车回家。我以为也许只是因为骑行所以我只想见老婆我可以睡下来。接下来的两天，只要我稍微移动，我仍然有可怕的腹痛。我早上吃燕麦片我有它，整天都没有其他东西。我很肯定我从那里得到了食物中毒，而不是我每天吃早餐时吃的燕麦片。
