I ordered a boneless buffalo chicken meal, fries and a sweet tea. Had ranch dipping sauce. Ate the meal and about 30 mins later started to have intense abdominal pain and a bit later diarrhea. I had diarrhea for several hours and then started vomiting multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

星期二晚上我有蛋白质电源板。我有点怀疑，因为它马上就出来了，所以以为它可能已经坐在那里了。我度过了一个不安的夜晚，感觉很热和胃部不适。我早上 7 点开始呕吐。我整天都有腹泻、头痛、呕吐，无法压住液体。我今天在吃点东西但是没有能量。

Went to eat dinner around 630 PM. I ordered and dr.pepper to drink, a salad and fettuccine alfredo. Got home around 8, started to feel sick around 10 PM. Didnt actually get sick till 11:30 PM. Here it is now 4am the next day and I'm just now starting to feel a little better.

Wife ate chicken bowl and threw up many times that evening... called store next day August 6 to report and they didn't seem interested and said nobody else called chipolte to complain of food sicknesd... they didn't take my name or number or anything  | 症状: 呕吐

My 6 year old son got a corn dog at Sonic in Maryville. Around 2 hours after eating he started vomiting violently. Running no fever. He continued to vomit for 9 hours, dry heaving after the first two times until 2am last night.  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐
