晚上 12 点左右去了麦当劳。Fiancé 订购了一个汉堡然后我收到了 McNuggets。晚上 7 点左右开始感到恶心，以为那只是因为我饿了。吃了一点晚餐，然后因为我的胃受伤而停下来。晚上 9 点我离开餐厅后开始呕吐。我的未婚夫没生病，但他告诉我他的汉堡味道很有趣。现在快到了晚上 11 点了，我似乎无法保持任何东西。我还感觉恶心、闷闷不乐，还有发冷。放轻松一点，喝水然后试着吃点果冻。
暂时不会再吃麦当劳了。

7月30日星期日晚上8点左右，我和我的男朋友是客户。我们都得到了确切的订单（鸡肉、蔬菜、guac、大米、陈旧的薯条、黑豆等）。今天是 8 月 1 日星期二，我们仍然感觉完全不舒服。它是在我们吃完饭大约 2 小时后开始的，还没有放松。胃痉挛，无休止的洗手间旅行，轻度发烧伴发冷。我什至不愿举报这件事，但我对生病也不冷静。那天早餐除了沙拉之外我什么都没吃过-仅供参考 Chipotle 你是我们的罪魁祸首。:(

我每次都吃了一些，45 分钟后我有一次腹泻。凌晨 2 点半我因胃痛醒来。凌晨 5 点左右，我开始猛烈呕吐。
如果早上晚些时候还不清楚，我会去看医生。

I ate off the breakfast bar yesterday. after I left work around 4 I started feeling a sharp pain in my guts. After I got home I ran too the bathroom and had the worst diarrhea I've ever had. The only food I had yesterday was from Whole Foods, so I place the blame on them.  | 症状: 腹泻
