我在 4 点和女朋友一起吃过饭，除了烧烤鸡肉大饼之外，我们吃的食物完全一样。我吃了但她没吃那是我那天唯一吃的东西那天晚上12点左右，我的胃开始抽筋得很厉害。整个晚上它都这样做了。凌晨 3 点早些时候，我开始出现腹泻和恶心，而且一直持续存在。现在是上午 10 点 13 分，我的腹泻大约每 20 分钟一次。

Ate at 10:45 ish Monday night, woke up with an upset/uneasy tummy. By 6 pm I was vomiting and had diarrhea and a fever that climbed to 102.2 over the next 6 hours. Wensday I was nauseous and couldn't keep anything down. Still have diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
