My boyfriend and I have eaten the last 2 days and have had an onset of nausea and vomiting as well as diarrhea. I’ve been huddled over our commode the last 2 hours and I can’t quit getting sick.
I got the Chilupa box along with a quesarito and nacho fries. I will never eat here again.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

had mc donalds for dinner last night, ordered a big mac and 10 piece nuggets with special sauce. Both me and my s/o are sick, symptoms started today, I've been on and off the toilet with painful diarrhea all day today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心

I ordered the chili, fries and limeade combo. The chili seemed off, too thick, not the normal consistency. I ate half of the chili, all of the fries and limeade. A couple of hours later I felt off, nauseated. I went to bed and later woke up running to the restroom with diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
