我和我的家人星期六下午 3 点左右在那里吃过饭。半夜凌晨 2 点醒来，出现可怕的胃痉挛、腹泻和呕吐。我知道那不是晚餐，因为我们都吃了同样的东西，而我是唯一一个生病的人。从 BWW 的午餐开始，我吃了无骨翅膀，这是我唯一一个吃鸡肉的人。周日整天，我都有高烧、发冷、恶心、肌肉酸痛和腹泻持续。周一继续出现发烧、发冷和恶心。周二感觉好多了，但胃还是不舒服。现在是星期四，我还不是 100％。迄今为止我经历过的最严重的食物中毒。

Family got take-out around 7:10pm on 3/25/19. Now we have intense vomiting.

We ordered a kids cheeseburger combo, a junior combo, and a #4 combo. Only 2 of us had a milkshake, so that doesn’t seem to be common factor.  | 症状: 呕吐
