My son had the seafood Alfredo the night prior and woke up with stomach cramps, vomiting and nauseated for the whole next day. Fever, headache and stomach cramping as well.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 发烧, 抽筋, 头痛

我点了他们在 1 月 28 日星期二吃过多次的西南冷藏鸡肉沙拉。我把它吓下来是因为那天中午 12 点左右它特别新鲜可口。食用大约 30 分钟后，我感到有点随机恶心，以为我吃得太快了。然后我在余下的时间里一直感到恶心，但以为那只是汽油。那天晚上我试着入睡，大约每小时醒一次，直到午夜左右我才起床，因为我能感觉到有什么事情要发生。我什么也没拿出来，试着坐了几个小时，胃痉挛很严重。我有一个 4 个月大的孩子让我多睡几个小时直到我重新入睡。我丈夫要去上班的时候醒来了（早上 7 点 30 分左右），我叫他抓住孩子，因为我无法移动。当所有东西都从我身上出来的时候，我很快就大喊了一个碗。我感到松了一口气，但还没有好转。这又持续了 12 个小时。很高兴我并不孤单，但需要解决。

Stake salad no blue cheese

When served the unsweet tea upon taking a big drink it tasted off as if really old; sent back and had water.

Ate it last night around 12a. I had no appetite the next morning and did not eat. I began to feel dizzy, so I laid down. I ate some toast and the began to vomit and have a severe case of diarrhea. The symptoms have been lasting over 12 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 头晕, 食欲不振
