中午左右吃了西南鸡肉沙拉和鳄梨牧场调味料，到下午 5 点，腹泻和恶心开始后不久，我感觉到剧烈的抽筋和胃痛以及气体，到那天晚上 10 点开始呕吐。没有发烧但已经感到非常痛苦并且感到完全不适。
