我订购的烧烤鸡肉比萨饼周三特价。吃了烧烤鸡比萨，回家后病重。呕吐、腹泻、抽筋、出汗、睡不着、脱水。我一直生病好几天。出现这些症状总共 5 天。我再也不会在那里吃东西了。我给他们打电话并告诉他们，他们似乎不在乎，拿了我的电话号码，没给我回电话。

我们像我们在出差时经常一样去那里，因为它很便宜，而且我们没有太多钱。我们三个人都分享了一个大型冻结和一个 “塔可派对包” 6 玉米饼添加了西红柿，但其他一切都很正常。恶心在 4-8 小时后开始，然后呕吐，到目前为止，我们都有腹泻了。

sauce on 10/17/19, Two of us ate there. We shared chips and queso. He ate thai curry I had buffalo hot. He is fine. We left about 10 pm I woke up feeling bad at 3:30 and really bad diarrhea started followed by vomiting about an hour or 2 later. This continued  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

While I was sitting there waiting for my food I noticed that none of them employees that were touching food were wearing gloves. I also saw a man wipe his nose with his hand and continue to put lettuce on a burger.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
