The barbeque chicken pizza I ordered the buy one get one free pizza Wednesday special. Ate the barbecue chicken pizza, went home and became severely sick. sauce on 10/17/19, Two of us ate there. We shared chips and queso. He ate thai curry I had buffalo hot. He is fine. We left about 10 pm I woke up feeling bad at 3:30 and really bad diarrhea started followed by vomiting about an hour or 2 later. This continued  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

While I was sitting there waiting for my food I noticed that none of them employees that were touching food were wearing gloves. I also saw a man wipe his nose with his hand and continue to put lettuce on a burger.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
