Ate teriyaki chicken and fried rice on April 10, 2017. Approximately 45 minutes later became violently ill with food poisoning. Uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. 24 hours later and still recovering.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

MY SON AND I ORDERED TACOS AT THE JACK IN THE BOX ON RIO GRANDE IN VICTORIA ON NOVEMBER 17 AND THE TACOS SMELL AND TASTED FUNNY MY SON SAID MAMA I CAN SMELL THEM TACOS OVER HERE AND THE MEAT INSIDE WAS BAD. The scampi I recived was piled on each other instead of flat laid which caused only the top to fully cook. I brought it to the attention of the manager and didn't pay. I threw up there and been throwing up at home since. If continues ill be getting a doctor soon. And will take further actions.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Me and my sister-in-law ate there on Tuesday and now we both are vomiting and experiencing diarrhea. It happened right after we ate there and the only thing we both had at the restaurant was lettuce.
