My wife brought me home a 6 piece of spicy chicken tenders, cajun fries, a biscuit & gravy. I hadn't ate all day, so ignored the fact that the chicken tasted different. It had a sour taste to it. I'm sure everything else was fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Ate teriyaki chicken and fried rice on April 10, 2017. Approximately 45 minutes later became violently ill with food poisoning. Uncontrollable vomiting, diarrhea, and stomach cramps. 24 hours later and still recovering.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

MY SON AND I ORDERED TACOS AT THE JACK IN THE BOX ON RIO GRANDE IN VICTORIA ON NOVEMBER 17 AND THE TACOS SMELL AND TASTED FUNNY MY SON SAID MAMA I CAN SMELL THEM TACOS OVER HERE AND THE MEAT INSIDE WAS BAD. The scampi I recived was piled on each other instead of flat laid which caused only the top to fully cook. I brought it to the attention of the manager and didn't pay. I threw up there and been throwing up at home since. If continues ill be getting a doctor soon. And will take further actions.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
