Everytime I had a vowel movement, from my stomach up developed really bad body cramps and I had a very bad upset stomach. No loose or liquid diarrhea but it hurt so much that I didn’t want to use the bathroom anymore  | 症状: 腹泻, 其他, 抽筋

Had one burrito bowl for dinner Sunday. Woke up at midnight with vomiting and diarrhea. Was sick multiple times during the night and still this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
