Only thing I ate was a falafel wrap with Romain, feta, onions and a spread. I was sick within 30 minutes. I ate it around 2- only had half because it didn’t taste right. The last hour and a half has been non stop vomit and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Went on a date there meal was great.Didn’t eat nothing else since left there around 4pm around 10pm thats when it all started. Was vomiting like every 30 mins and round 3am is when the bowel loosen and worst part ever is to be vomiting and taking a number 2 at same time. ??  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
