Roasted Chicken - within a couple of hours I was extremely naseous and began puking shortly thereafter. Would get extremely light headed and sweaty and couldn’t keep any fluids down. Lasted on and off all night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

January 30, 2017 - Both of us had tomatoes and lettuce on our fish tacos and chicken shrimp sandwich. Fish tacos caused extreme diarrhea. I put the majority of the tomatoes off to the side because they didnt look right.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
