我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有两种米饭，鸡肉，黑豆，温和的莎莎酱，番茄，酸奶油，奶酪和生菜。但是，第二天我醒来时感觉很好，因为食欲不振和胃痛。随后全天都有多次腹泻。我相信我遇到了食物中毒的情况。

Ordered 3 meat sampler and the black plate special steak. wife ate some of the meats and had no effects, so the meats that likely caused food poisoning were either pulled pork or the pulled chicken. Had Diarrhea, Vomitted, and Nausea for two days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate a oven roasted chicken with jalapeños lettuce red onion American cheese and ranch on Italian herbs and cheese. The food toasted and smelled okay but none of it digested and I vomittted profusely with diarrhea for about 12 hours. None of the food was well digested… 更多

Roasted Chicken - within a couple of hours I was extremely naseous and began puking shortly thereafter. Would get extremely light headed and sweaty and couldn’t keep any fluids down. Lasted on and off all night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

我买了 2 个 mcchickens 和薯条，最后我整天都在呕吐然后腹泻然后偏头痛开始了，我什至无法在光线充足的房间里整天躺在床上。再也不会去麦当劳了  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐, 偏头痛
