Four of us are here on Saturday July 8, 2017. All of us ate various dishes from the buffet menu. All of us began to get sick around the same time three days later with symptoms of nausea, mild fever, diarrhea and vomiting.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我（19 岁）在晚上 8 点 9 点左右得到了一些软炸玉米饼和一个包裹，吃了，一切都很好。直到我从淋浴间出来之前，我感觉头脑轻盈，异常虚弱。我去躺在妈妈的床上，她问我怎么了，我的脸是绿色的，嘴唇苍白。我开始感到恶心然后我的肚子跌到谷底。我遭受了剧烈的腹泻/胃痛、呕吐和出汗，我感觉快要死了。看来我得到的错误类型只能持续一两天，但那些时间感觉就像地狱一样。从那以后我的肚子变得各种各样。小心这些快餐连锁店... 尽可能好吃的炸玉米饼钟也不例外。从那以后我一直远离它，不要后悔。

我的治疗方法：去洗手间... 经常... 然后呕吐... 把那些东西从我的系统中拿出来。喝水和姜汁汽水。

I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from the cheese at Chipotle. That was the only item I had that was different from my family and none of them got sick. It ordered the food Friday, July 7th. I became ill around 3am the following day. Of note, the restaurant had no AC.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
