2018 年 3 月 20 日中午左右吃了一个 mcchicken 吃午饭，一两个小时后开始感觉恶心，整个晚上持续恶化，发冷和腹泻。我妻子还得到了一只 mcchicken，只吃了四分之一，还经历了恶心。  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 寒战

Ordered 2 pizzas from garlic jims, the Hawaiian came completely raw in the center, Thought it was just the cheese at first but after getting really sick and checking out the left overs... ya they sent us an almost entirely raw pizza.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Tuna sub with the usual toppings, last bites tasted so bad I could tell the produce or something was rotten. 30 minutes later terrible diarrhea & nausea. Praying the vomiting & other symptoms don't come.  | 症状: 腹泻
