Saturday night, January 13 at 6pm. About 2 hours later, vomiting and diarrhea. It's now Sunday evening, still have eaten anything except for Gatorade. Uncontrollable diarrhea. Haven't seen doctor yet, but probably will in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

I had a tofu lettuce wrap for lunch yesterday. Within about 5-6 hours I was violently ill with vomiting and diarhha. I only had some almonds the rest of the day, I know it had to be the lettuce wrap it the sauce that accompanies it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ordered Pad kee Mau with chicken and add in of broccoli. Within two hours I began feeling nausious and then began vomiting for several hours, vomiting up the whole meal. Also had diarhhea for severa hours. As I couldn't sleep all night I was unable to work… 更多

We have been regulars and never had this issue before at that location. Went there with 10 people and 3 of us felt sick next day. Had salads, and eggs with steak tips, sandwiches and fries. Not sure what caused this.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
