I had dinner of blackened chicken Caesar salad last night around 5:30. I started feeling queasy around 8pm and then threw up around 3am. When I woke up again at 6 am I had diarrhea. I've eaten a few things and kept it down but am still in bed due to a stomach ache and queasiness.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

我吃了龙虾和牛排。我要的是中等稀有的牛排，但如果比较稀有，那么我只照顾了一半。我点了一个停止沙拉。吃完大约 3 个小时后，我的脸变红了。我有腹胀发冷发烧肌肉无力和疲劳 abdonimal 痉挛。太可怕了。今天我仍然感到非常臃肿和虚弱。我从来没有因为食物而生病，所以我觉得这是一种真正的食物中毒。

Three of us went and got Starbucks while grocery shopping, one got a peppermint mocha, I got a peppermint mocha frap, and the third got a double chocolety chip with peppermint flavoring. All three got sick that night.  | 症状: 恶心
