我有一个枫木山核桃拿铁和杏仁奶。喝了大约一个小时后，我因为极度痛苦而在办公桌前翻了一番。我的肚子太痛了，我觉得自己快要死了。然后我得了腹泻，感觉好像要呕吐了。在洗手间的时候，我最终变得超级热，不得不脱下衬衫。我想过要下班，但是我跑到楼下去我们的药房买了加油药，这似乎使情况变得更糟。我试着等一下然后出去呼吸一些空气，事情似乎平静了下来。我再也不会喝这种拿铁了。上周我也发生过同样的拿铁咖啡。
