I had ordered fettuccine alfredo pasta with shrimp, along with dynamite shrimp, and strawberry lemonade .. I had Diarrhea, Nausea, fatigue, and vomiting.. and had to sleep for 12 hours after that  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

And still cannot eat without diarrhea

2017 年 2 月 23 日下午 2 点左右，我订购了带有阿尔弗雷多酱的黄油面条、韩国肉丸和配菜凯撒沙拉。下午 6 点左右我开始感到难过，胃痛、想呕吐、没精力、出汗、头晕。正是在2月24日，我去看了医生以获取药物并确认食物中毒。

我们为自己和包括一个小孩在内的另外 4 个人从他们那里订购了 2 个披萨。症状从第二天清晨开始，呕吐和腹泻过多，然后是高烧和冷汗 5 天，导致严重脱水。吃披萨的 5 人中有 2 人（一人怀孕）还向我们报告说，第二天他们病得很重。我们都确信我们从披萨中生病了。我只吃了那个披萨。我的孩子吃了同样的披萨后也病得很重。我太想进入急诊所了，但是我丈夫能够走了，被诊断出患有发烧和食物中毒。我们点了 2 个披萨饼，一个意大利辣香肠和一个用阿尔弗雷多酱和蘑菇制成的素食主义者。我们都分享了两个披萨，所以很难分辨哪个披萨让我们生病了，如果不是两者都是。我们都确信披萨是让我们所有人生病的食物。

订购了一些阿尔弗雷多鸡肉带回我的酒店房间。吃了一半，不再饿了。大约 3 个小时后，我的胃肿了，腹泻开始了，另外 3 个小时后我又在呕吐，然后我的护士线叫我去医院急诊室。医生证实这是食物中毒，不得不错过一天的工作。我也在商务旅行，有几次重要的会议必须重新安排。规定的抗恶心药物和卧床休息。

Went out for a belated Valentine's meal on Sunday, February 19. Ordered the Shrimp Trio (or whatever it is called). Replaced the shrimp alfredo with crab and had an AWESOME meal. Sooo good. Got home and was fine until 11 pm and vomited multiple times overnight. Got… 更多

I ate chicken gnocchi chicken Alfredo and iced tea, went home a few ours later wasnt feeling tobgood and couldnt sleep well the next day i threw up on the kitchen floor and had watery diarrhea  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Girlfriend had the same salad, same soup, same ice tea, and same desert. Only thing different was our main dish. I had shrimp alfredo, and she had some kind of shrimp/chicken with regular spaghetti noodles, not sure of name.
