16 年 2 月 10 日大约下午 2 点订购了早餐卷饼，感觉很好，直到 4 小时后我经历了严重的胃胡扯和呕吐。我一直觉得自己像气球一样臃肿，直到上午 10 点才能入睡，我祈祷我不会再因为食物中毒而尝到那种可怕的墨西哥卷饼。

I went to get my free burrito today. It was the only thing I had eaten all day. I got a steak, white rice, black beans, hot salsa, cheese and lettuce burrito bowl. Two hours after eating I lost all control of my bowels for hours still continuing five hours late. Nausea has set it  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我吃了鸡肉或素食卷饼，真的记不起来了，因为它早在 2014 年。大约 4 小时后，我突然醒来，喉咙里有烧灼感。我在睡觉时呕吐了，差点窒息。我咆哮到洗手间扔掉同时还有 diarrea。我全身都发冷，开始出汗并得了心动过速。
