I had a chicken bowl from chipotle in Columbia Missouri. I ate it at night, then became sick through night, having to vomit with diarrhea 5-6 times while trying to sleep.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐

17 年 3 月 19 日下午 5 点左右吃鸡碗。大约 6 个小时后，腹部痉挛开始，大约 10-12 小时后出现恶心、呕吐和腹泻。

I ate yesterday, March 18th, ordered chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, pico de gayo, corn, cheese, and lettuce, symptoms started about 20 minutes after I finished eating, and I started vomiting, I like chipotle, I don't know if I should continue eating it or change the location  | 症状: 呕吐
