上周日下午 6 点左右，我讨厌装有法加它、西红柿、玉米、酸奶油、guac 和辣酱的鸡肉碗。晚上 10 点左右，我开始感到不适，晚上 11 点 15 分左右，我第一次休息。然后我又大量投掷了两次。第二天早上我因为胃痛去了紧张症。我不得不待在家里 3 天，今天是我回去工作的第一天。急诊所的医生说这可能是胃病毒或食物中毒。

我在下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了一个鸡碗，里面有糙米、黑豆、生菜和奶酪。大约凌晨 12 点 30 分，我经历了多次腹泻，然后凌晨 1 点 30 分左右我的胃变得严重肿胀，疼痛难以置信。凌晨 2 点 10 分我猛烈地吐了起来然后感觉好多了。胃胀减轻了，疼痛缓解了。我自己一个人，所以我不知道是否有人经历过这种情况，但这很糟糕。我以为我感染了流感，但是一旦流感出来，如果两者都结束了几次，我立刻感觉好多了。

Went with a coworker to eat at LUUS Chicken bowl yesterday 1/29/18.we both orered a number 1 chicken and rice bowl. Withen an hour we were both in the bathroom getting sick. One of my employees are dinner there on 1/29/18 and he also got very sick. We all missed work today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

My wife and I ate a chicken bowl at 6:45 on Saturday night. My wife felt bad around 1AM through the next whole day. I felt bad the next morning for all day and night.
Throwing up, nausea, and fevers for both of us. It had to be from Chipotle. Kind of amazing how often this happens with Chipotle.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

We went to this restaurant on the night of 1/25 approx 8pm. Both my kids who live in separate houses ate the same thing.... chicken bowl w white rice, corn and cheese and they both vomited perfusely for hours starting 45 mins after their last bite  | 症状: 呕吐
