Today I had a chicken burrito bowl with guac for lunch. I went back to work and i started feeling nauseous. My stomach started to hurt and then I threw up. I threw up 2 more times later that day.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Picked up a chicken burrito bowl with guac and extra lettuce, beans, and roasted veggies... next thing I know Im vomiting on myself driving down the highway and then the real dun happened ivee the next 48 hours. Im still not feeling 50%  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

和我女儿共进午餐时，她吃了牛排卷饼。我吃了鸡肉卷饼。他们把牛排食物的底部刮得很好。几个小时后，抽筋，然后呕吐无数次，我们住了一个半小时的路程，我花了 2.5 个小时才回家，由于呕吐无法控制，我不得不继续停下来。
