昨晚我婆婆去吃红罗宾吃晚饭，我点了西南鸡肉沙拉。凌晨 3 点左右，我醒来时感觉有点恶心，几秒钟之内冲向洗手间，弹丸呕吐了大约一个小时。我抽筋了，在接下来的 5 个小时里混合了一些腹泻。即使是现在，我现在仍然没有停止感到可怕，除了其他所有事情之外，还有头痛，发烧和脱水。
