I ate the chicken strips from chick fil a and had severe diarrhea within an hour of eating it. It was like food poisoning. Do they put something in their food that causes intestinal issues  | 症状: 腹泻

On March 19, 2017, I got sick after eating from Chick-fil-a at the Oglethorpe mall. I had the 3 count chicken strip meal with a tea. Since my husband also had fries and a tea, I must have gotten sick from the chicken strips.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Ate the chicken strips and a sweet tea at about 7:00pm on March 9th. About 8:30pm started feeling nauseous. Vomited the first time about 10:20pm, then again at 11:20pm, then 1:00am. Diarrhea hit about 3am and is still ongoing.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

订购了鸡肉条... 通常装在小杯子里... 不是从一个大碗里拿出来的。要求烤过的它想好好煮熟... 5 小时之内我整晚都在呕吐然后上厕所... 前一天晚上早餐只有一碗麦片和热汤所以我知道那是什么...
我已经吃了 subway 500 次了所以我知道... 他们没把大鸡烧开然后刮掉底部，因为剩下的不多...
地铁什么时候改变了那里的政策并停止供应杯装鸡肉的... 不开心

所以我刚刚从一场必须的学校戏剧中出来。我当时饿死了妈妈开车送我去 Whataburger。我得到了 13 号（3 条鸡肉条、炸薯条、Pepper 博士和牧场蘸酱）。直到晚上 10 点我感觉还不错。当我的胃开始受伤时，我正躺在床上准备睡觉。就像抽筋一样，我得了胃炎所以我想哦没什么新鲜事我一直都得到这个。好吧，现在准确地说是 1:49 了，我有腹泻、胃痉挛和鸡皮疙瘩。谁知道整个晚上还会发生什么。

I ate 4 chicken strips with buffalo sauce at approximately 4:30 pm and by 5:15 pm was in the restroom in extreme pain, vomitting, diarrhea, fever, lightheaded at times until after 8 pm. After 8pm much of the pain and issues had subsided but the discomfort lasted until morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
