昨天下午 3 点左右我刚和女友一起去肯德基，我点了一顿鸡肉双羽绒餐，里面有薯条和百事可乐。我为女朋友订购了一个增压器三明治。当我双倍吃鸡肉时，我注意到鸡下面很潮湿，但我继续吃掉它。今天基本上今天我有严重的松动作（腹泻）和胃痛。疼痛难以忍受我会疼痛一分钟然后它会停止，再过几分钟又疼痛了，这种情况一整天都在反复发生。我吃了治疗腹泻和疼痛的药物，但腹泻仍然无法停止，我还没错，现在是第二天晚上 9 点 20 分，疼痛已经消退，但我的胃还在隆隆声。我讨厌这个，我必须更加小心从肯德基吃东西。

星期五晚上我在 Chipotle 停了下来。我点了一个鸡肉卷饼，里面有 guac 和酸奶油和豆子。大约一个小时后开始有气体，它进入抽筋和煤气。到凌晨 3 点我正在腹泻，我是我小组中唯一一个在那里吃东西的人。我吃了坏气大约一个小时后。几个小时后会呕吐，diahrea，身体疼痛，严重的抽筋。一直持续到周日早上。

Had half of a chicken fried steak with gravy and broccoli. The next day I was just sick as could be going to the bathroom and nauseated. Can only think it was the chicken fried steak not sure anyone else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I eaten pop corn chicken and through the night I had belly pains and then I had diarrhoea and was vomiting, I was eating by myself and it started slowly happening in the night and then I started throwing up and needing the toilet a lot  | 症状: 呕吐, 腹泻

要求没有黄油的鸡肉饼干，6 小时后我有尖叫的头痛，腹泻，感到臃肿并且正在发烧。这个位置在开车过程中速度非常慢，鸡肉味道油腻而粗糙，并在饼干上留下了奇怪的彩色残留物。不确定油炸锅油是否已经过时了，或者我有食物中毒还是两者兼而有之。
