2019 年 4 月 20 日。我吃了在羊驼秘鲁餐厅买的鸡肉、米饭和青豆。两个小时后，我经历了寒战、恶心、呕吐、腹泻和令人难以置信的胃痛。

2019 年 4 月 17 日订购了布法罗鸡肉沙拉。下午 6 点 30 分左右吃了它（我唯一吃的东西），早上 5 点左右开始感到不适。腹泻持续了几个小时，从早上 6 点开始三次呕吐，持续到 7:30 和上午 9 点。有一次我昏倒了（我假设是脱水）。不得不打电话请病假上班 :(。在那之后连续睡了将近两天，但在第 4 天现在还没有完全睡觉。难过，因为那是我最喜欢 Chilis 的菜。
