Had Taco John's 4 days ago with my daughter she had chicken taco as did I she started with the vomiting and still hasn't subsided I took her to doctor who said it definitely seemed like food poisoning. Then one day later I was vomiting and have had severe diaherra  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 呕吐

i can't remember the name of the salad, it had greens , chicken and i believe like wasabi pieces in it? i was the only 1 that ate sad and got sick. ate the salad around 1 pm on Monday 11/19/18 started having diarrhea Tuesday morning and still have it today,  | 症状: 发烧, 腹泻, 恶心

-chic fil a 鸡肉三明治配别致的酱汁、泡菜和蛋黄酱；
-华夫饼薯条
-羽衣甘蓝沙拉配樱桃

大约 9 小时后我出现食物中毒症状。严重腹泻、发烧、恶心、发冷和不适。

我觉得很可能是羽衣甘蓝沙拉。我只吃了大约 5 口，而且只是一小部分，但里面可能有大肠杆菌或其他东西。
