星期二晚上有一个大声疾呼，薯条和饮料。不到一个小时，我开始感到晕倒，胸口感到饱满。必须坐起来睡觉。很恶心但是不能呕吐。我终于呕吐了，但感觉没好多了，我发冷了，温度为 101。我在星期三整天睡觉，没有整天吃东西，因为我感到虚弱和疲倦，只有几个干苏打饼干，水和小 amt 姜汁汽水。今天星期五我感觉好多了，但是不能吃太多东西，但至少我没有那么被淘汰。

Bought a whole chicken. Made tacos with the meat. Woke up at 4am severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Thought it was cheese that I bought so I took some plain chicken with me to work and had some with crackers for breakfast and have been back in the bathroom since grr  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

早上 9 点左右喝星巴克白巧克力摩卡星冰乐。到上午 11 点，严重的胃痉挛然后是腹泻。然后恶心开始了。下午 3 点... 不停地呕吐。寒冷和低度发烧。下午 5 点... 意外腹泻。自从出现症状以来，我一直都有严重的胃痉挛。晚上 10 点终于能够吃饼干和 Sprite 了。现在好像已经开启了。

搬到新地方后，我在一个星期五晚些时候和丈夫共进晚餐。我上床睡觉后醒来好几次出汗，肚子滚动。我知道那天早些时候我没有吃得过饱，也没有感到不适，所以我去洗手间拿一块冷布擦脸。当我起床时，我知道自己会生病，而且我的胃感觉会来自两端。我猛烈呕吐了好几次，直到我的肌肉抽筋，肚子里绝对没有剩下任何东西。剩下的时间我的喉咙很生气，我有严重的恶心和腹泻。那天晚上晚些时候我能够按住一点姜汁汽水和饼干。当我丈夫加热剩菜时，仅凭气味，我又感到恶心。此后我很可能再也无法享用墨西哥菜了

我生病前一天晚上吃了 Taco Bell。我第二天早上 5 点半醒来好几分钟。但是几分钟后它像卡车一样击中了我。发冷、恶心、102.2 发烧、胃痉挛、腹泻、呕吐、不能走路、头晕和剧烈头痛。我无法起床，我必须让我的兄弟成为我的香蕉，饼干，苹果酱和 pedialite。它没什么帮助，因为我把它扔掉了然后严重脱水了。
