on sunday i ordered triple burger with lettuce tomato spread and cheese with no onion, fries and a diet coke. monday at 4:30 am woke up vomiting and couldn't stop. had to go to hospital, couldn't eat solid food for three days.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I had burger, fries, and a diet coke on Monday, December 14th. Started to get a stomach ache about 2 hours later. Woke at 4AM with the worst diarrhea I've ever had on Tuesday morning. Four days later, I have still have not eaten anything of significance.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

went to the drive thru ordered burger with cheese lettuce tomato mayo small fry diet coke went back to work ate my lunch about an hour later was so sick throwing up went to the emergency room had to have an iv was really dehydrated wendys didn't care pretty much said oh well  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐
