on sunday i ordered triple burger with lettuce tomato spread and cheese with no onion, fries and a diet coke. monday at 4:30 am woke up vomiting and couldn't stop. had to go to hospital, couldn't eat solid food for three days.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

went to the drive thru ordered burger with cheese lettuce tomato mayo small fry diet coke went back to work ate my lunch about an hour later was so sick throwing up went to the emergency room had to have an iv was really dehydrated wendys didn't care pretty much said oh well  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

Had a chicken sandwich with fries and a diet coke at 3:00 PM. Had to spit out some fries that were uncooked and there was something in one mouthful that definitely wasn't potato. Vomiting and diarrhea for 12 hours!  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
