我在 Hardee "s 吃早餐我先点了牛排鸡蛋和奶酪 Frisco 味道很讨厌所以我把它拿回来拿了一个鸡蛋和奶酪 Frisco 和 2 个肉桂面包食物品尝了哦 k 晚了大约 10 分钟我腹泻了大约 45 分钟我有严重的腹痛头痛腹泻头痛我曾打电话给中毒控制部门报告我的问题，他们叫他们服用大量液体，如果今晚晚些时候情况恶化，请致电我的医生或急诊室

I ate August 21, 2016 around 1pm. I had a chicken egg roll, fried rice, brocilli and beef and orange chicken. The veggies where not cooked!!! The orange chicken was old and smelled weird. It was so old my sister came from down the hall asking me what smelt spoiled.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

我知道那是 Panda Express，因为那是我那天唯一吃过的东西。我吃了带回家的晚餐后 2 小时内就会出现症状（恶心、呕吐、严重的胃痉挛等）。晚餐包括炒饭、核桃虾、橙鸡、鸡蛋卷和幸运饼干。错过了2天的工作。
