周日晚上，我为我的孩子买了 2 个汉堡包、鸡肉三明治和鸡陀螺盘。我的 2 个孩子吃了鸡陀螺仪，然后一直在呕吐、腹泻、温度上升和恶心。我们昨天（圣诞节）最终接受了紧急护理，因为我无法处理它了。现在我的另一个儿子还在生病。我不能抓住餐厅让他们知道。

11 月 8 日星期四晚上 7 点左右，我在希尔斯伯勒街的 Jasmin＆Olivz 拿起晚餐，然后开车回家。我丈夫吃了一个陀螺仪，上面有平常的东西，然后问我们第二天晚上能不能再在那里吃饭，因为它太好吃了。我吃了辛辣的沙拉三明治皮塔饼，很好吃我们很高兴找到这家餐厅，因为它非常好吃而且价格合理。我们在晚上 9 点左右吃了这顿饭。我睡着了，醒来大约 3 时感觉非常恶心，胃痉挛剧烈出汗，皮肤苍白，眩晕。然后我呕吐过多。大约一个小时后，我爬回床上。爬上床不久后我又感到恶心了。然后我开始呕吐。我还有胃痛和恶心。我感觉太虚弱了，以至于剩下的时间我都在浴室地板上度过。星期五我定期睡觉醒来呕吐，尽管我没有食用固体食物，只喝了少量的姜汁汽水。最后我服用了抗恶心栓剂这样我就可以减少液体。到那时我已经非常虚弱了，伴随着恶心和胃部不适，头痛和喉咙痛。然后我整个下午大部分时间都开始睡觉，然后喝点姜汁汽水。我联系了企业，得知没有经理在值班。我在电话里通知了那个人怀疑的食物中毒。我还在北卡罗来纳州卫生与公共服务部罗利分部留言。然后我睡了整晚。星期六的特点是疲劳和食欲不振，我一整天都能吃 4 块吐司、香蕉和一些液体。没有人通过相关企业或卫生部门联系过我。

Boyfriend and I both ate here for dinner. Within a few hours of eating I was nauseous and threw up 6 hours afterwards. Boyfriend threw up 8 hours afterwards. This was the only thing we both ate that was the same. We got the combination gyro platter.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

10 月 3 日星期三晚上，我有了 Arbys 经典陀螺仪和巧克力奶昔。上周我吃了其中一个陀螺仪，认为它很好吃，想要另一个。大约一个小时后，我开始感到非常恶心，两个小时后我开始呕吐。整个晚上我继续剧烈呕吐，而且出汗也很多。没想过要把我的体温带到第二天，当时是 99.8（口服）。今天星期五在事件发生大约 36 小时后，我感觉基本上很正常，只有一点挥之不去的弱点。我今年 51 岁，身体状况良好，我和我的家人都不记得我上次呕吐已经很多年了。我有一个问题，那就是人们在过去的两三天里有过接触，没有其他人有任何症状。我过去从未指控过食物中毒（可能性）。因为我在公共卫生部门工作，所以我非常认真地对待这种指控，如果我没有做出合理的尝试来排除其他可能的原因，就不会这样做。作为记录，我并不是说我被从阿尔比斯吃的食物中毒了，我只是说情况强烈表明了这一点，这种情况应该值得进一步调查。
