After eating at the Japanese restaurant, Zen at the Hard Rock Punta Cana, a few hours later I woke up in the middle of the night with severe diarrhea and vomiting., 2 of us, symptoms started a couple hours after eating and lasted about 3 days  | 症状: 呕吐, 恶心, 发烧, 腹泻

我们在 4 月 11 日起飞回国之前预订了 Hibachi 日本餐厅用餐。我丈夫都因为严重的痉挛和腹泻而醒来。丈夫在飞机上呕吐两次我一直在跑上厕所4 天感觉很可怕。过去 30 年来，我们一直到牙买加旅行，从来没有任何食物问题。我们鼓励人们不要去卢恰的 Grand Palladium...我们真的遭受了！
